Subpanel install
Danny and Roberto were creative in how they planned the work to minimize the use of outer wall conduit and efficiently plan the subpanel. Their work was neat, accurate and they did everything strictly to code using quality components. They took no short cuts and yet were the best quote we obtained. We were extremely pleased with the outcome and recommend Cordan LLC highly.

Estimate process
I called for an estimate on Tuesday and explained what I needed done and Cordan gave me a no-nonsense estimate right over the phone. Roberto came out on Friday to perform the work and just like that it was done. [...]
Light fixtures
Roberto assessed the requested movement of the chandelier whilst keeping us informed about what might be necessary to complete the job. He brought in his tools including a laser pointer to mark the location of the new fan. He also established the height of our slanted ceiling within a 1/4". He was friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. I would most definitely have him back for any future electrical work.

How does pricing work?
Simple swaps like outlets, switches, and fans are flat rate priced. Bigger jobs get a free estimate, and simple ones are often priced right over the phone.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Cordan holds Nevada C-2 electrical contractor license #0075307, bonded and insured, with master electrician Danny Trevino as the qualifying individual.
Do you handle emergencies?

Can you keep pigeons out of solar panels?
Yes. We screen the panel perimeter so birds cannot nest underneath, clear out what they left behind, and clean the panels so they produce like they should. Few Vegas electricians offer it. We do.
